This week I had very minimal Problems so far with disipline. Students are starting to listen more. We did a review project our first days back from break and it worked perfectly. All the students worked well on the project and worked well with eachother. It also gave me a chance to walk around individually instead of standing in front of the class on the first day back from break. Teachers have to get back into the groove just like the students.
I'd say I'm still trying to improve classroom management because one is never done improving, but I feel I am 100% better than when I started.
